FAQs

Do you guarantee I'll get my bond back?

1

We can't make promises about your landlord's final decision, since that also depends on things outside cleaning (like damage or repairs). What we do guarantee is that we clean against the same Property Condition Report (PCR) standard used at every WA exit inspection, and if anything cleaning related gets flagged, we'll come back and fix it, free of charge, within 72 hours.

How do I get started?

2

Ideally, book your clean for the day your belongings are completely out of the property — either the same day, right after the movers leave, or the morning of your final inspection. Cleaning before everything's packed up means we can't properly reach skirting boards, floors, or corners that are still blocked by furniture, so an empty property always gets the best result. Since move-out day is the most requested time slot, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

3

No — most clients aren't. Just let us know how we'll get access (keys, lockbox, or through your agent).

4

How long does a clean take?

It depends on the size and condition of the property — most homes take between 4 and 8 hours.

What happens if something doesn't pass inspection?

5

Let us know within 72 hours of your clean, and we'll come back to fix the flagged areas at no extra cost.
