Every clean covers the essentials real estate agents check for: bathrooms, kitchen, oven, windows, and floors, all done with eco-friendly products. Pricing depends on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and is calculated when you select your date in the booking calendar.

    • Skirting boards, door frames, and light switches wiped down

    • Cobwebs removed from ceilings, corners, and vents

    • Ceiling fans and air vents dusted

    • All floors vacuumed and mopped

    • Interior of wardrobes and built-in cupboards cleaned

    • Light fittings dusted

    🍳 Kitchen

    • Oven, stovetop, and rangehood deep cleaned

    • Cupboards and drawers wiped inside and out

    • Benchtops and splashbacks sanitised

    • Sink and taps cleaned

    • Shower screens and tiles scrubbed, soap scum removed

    • Toilets, basins, and taps cleaned

    • Mirrors polished

    • Exhaust fans and vents dusted

    • 2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom — $450

    • 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom — $470

    • 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom — $620

    • 4 Bedroom / 2-3 Bathroom — $860

  • Every property is different, so these are quoted separately and only added if you need them:

    • Carpet steam cleaning (2 bedrooms max.)

    • Garage: includes floor sweeping, full cobweb removal, light switches & interior door wipe down. Excludes oil stain removal, pressure washing & cluttered areas.

    • Storage area: includes floor sweeping, full cobweb removal, door & frame wipe down. Area must be completely empty; excludes wall washing & heavy stain removal.

    • Wall wash: Removes dirt and most scuffs. Note: cannot repair chipped paint, deep scratches, or water damage.

    • Balcony: Includes floor sweeping & mopping, cobweb removal & railing wipe down. Excludes pressure washing, glass balustrades exterior & heavy pot stains.

    • Extra effort & attention needed: Recommended for properties with heavy kitchen grease, stubborn soap scum, or extra built-up grime. Note: We do not service vandalized, hazardous, or severely damaged properties.

  • Applecross, Claremont, Cottesloe, Dalkeith, East Fremantle, Fremantle, Leederville, Mosman Park, Mount Lawley, Nedlands, Scarborough, South Perth and Subiaco.

  • Our team arrives at the agreed time and collects the key as arranged (with you, your agent, or via lockbox). Before starting, we do a quick walkthrough of the property to confirm everything matches what was booked. If the property is significantly dirtier than expected — for example, requiring rubbish removal or heavy build-up beyond a standard end of lease clean — we'll let you know before starting, and any extra work will be quoted and agreed with you first. No surprise charges — just a heads-up if something's outside the original scope.
